Shwetha is very accommodating, not only with her time but with my growing belly as well. No lessons are the same as she creatively makes variations to poses. My doctor would always say to me "Nannette start some yoga for back pain". If you can strengthen stomach muscle it will help to carry your back. Having a thyroid issue for 30 years as well did not help either, and most people are aware that complications come with that disease are debilitating, it was a double-edged sword. When making the decision to begin my journey with Shwetha, I knew there would be changes eventually and was comfortable with the fact that it would take time. Having my grandson for more than 5 hours and not being able to walk for the rest of day was one change that I wanted so badly as a new grandchild was on the way, I wanted to be there to help.
It has been two months now and the changes that I have had are somewhat a miracle. I had my grandson for overnight for the first time since he was born and he is 3 years old. I woke up this morning and we both jumped out of the bed and went to the kitchen for breakfast. That my friends, it is the best feeling in the world for me, minimal aches and pains. Shwetha has been concentrating on my back pain and thyroid and my anxiety and I have made huge improvements. My breathing, as people who have thyroid know, has improved tremendously. I feel stronger and more powerful yet calmer than I have felt for many years.
I would highly recommend Shwetha. Her dedication to me as the client speaks volume about the person she is. A very spiritually calming dedicated and individualized service catered for my own special needs. I will be turning 60 next week and yet I can feel my mind and body turning the other way and reversing the ` backwards to a younger healthier me. Namaste

Thank you so much for being such a wonderful teacher. I was nervous because of my age (50's), lack of fitness, a chronic neck injury I've had for 30 years, as well as a few other chronic pains over the past 15 years. But you've worked gently and effectively with all my fears and physical limitations. The breathing, stretching and relaxation has been so healing. I am excited because after the 7th class, while driving home, i noticed I was able to turn my neck further than I have been able to since my 20's!! Mind blowing!!

Ever since I have started Online Yoga Class with Shweta, my energy levels are up. All the minor aches and pains have disappeared and my body has become more flexible. I have taken the Hatha and Meditation online classes with Shwetha so far! Shwetha is very patient, calm, composed and she is very knowledgeable about the practice. Her class is for all levels, I am not the best at the positions, but she takes the time to show me alternatives so I make the most of the class.
I have hypothyroidism and have been looking at alternative therapy as consuming pills everyday did not seem right. Within a few weeks of practicing yoga, to be precise 6 weeks I saw my TSH numbers gradually decrease from 3.4 to 1.38. I have also struggled with losing weight due to hypothyroidism and with regular practice I am able to lose about 3-4 pounds a month.
To be honest I have always been a bit hesitant towards yoga as a lot of folks in the west think it is more to do with physical flexibility. But it has been more than that for me and not only has my health gotten better, stress and anxiety have become manageable too. Had it not been for Shwetha my perception towards yoga would not have changed. Shwetha is one of the very few teachers who understands where you come from and works with you with the sole intention of making you feel better and refreshed at the end of the class. I have only taken online 1:1 classes and it has been great so far!

I started Yoga mainly for Diabetes management. Yoga, my first feeling is I missed out. Why did I not start yoga earlier? I had no idea about Yoga. I thought it was a slow and boring exercise.
