Eat or not to eat before yoga session?

Generally, A full stomach can be uncomfortable during yoga session, On the other hand, practicing yoga on an empty stomach may lead to low energy levels and dizziness. A good compromise is to have a small snack about an hour or two depending on your metabolism before yoga session. This allows enough time for digestion, providing your body with some energy without the discomfort of a full stomach. Opt for easily digestible foods, such as fruits, yogurt, Juice, or a small portion of nuts.

So, it’s essential to pay attention to your body and find what works best for you. Some people prefer practicing yoga on an empty stomach, while others need a small amount of fuel to sustain their energy levels. Experiment with different timing and types of snacks or liquids to determine what makes you feel most comfortable and energized during your practice.
